Scheduling Supervisor, Full Time

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

We are currently seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to oversee scheduling for all of the agency patients, new and current. The Scheduling Supervisor will be responsible for solving any issues that may arise in the scheduling department.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and collaborate with scheduling team to address scheduling conflicts and optimize clinician and patient scheduling needs.
• Monitor and adjust patient schedules when needed.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers and team members to ensure ideal service delivery.
• Maintains compliance with all state and regulatory bodies along with Moorestown VNA policies and standard operating procedures.
• Initiates better business practices.
• Perform various duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with Homecare Homebase
• Highly organized and results oriented.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change.
